A Time Of Change

Here we are at a crossroads. Humanity has come again to a time of major crisis.

We are presently facing significant crises in economics, finances, energy, the environment, government, and in social organization itself.  Even deeper, we are entering a key period of emotional and spiritual crisis.

Quite a few are missing the perception of this; others try to ignore it. The economic recession, which is far from over, has been one sign. There are a lot more.

Our "too much to do" cultural system keeps us preoccupied. We are trained to focus on our own issues and assume that we have little control over remote forces.

Trapped in a debt rat race, we feel we deserve to be seduced by entertainment. Celebrities, politicians, their media and their events, are presented as a huge show for purpose of distraction.

What life will be like for many years to come depends on choices and decisions that we will make individually and collectively in the next few months and years.

In this digital book my purpose is increased understanding, which may prompt us to transform ourselves and the challenging situation we face with caring action.
